with a protective sheath. Various insulation materials can be extruded, coiled, wound, served and braided on thermocouple wire.

advantage of Extension cable
● Use the same material as the conductor and the thermocouple element wire, which can be used in a wider temperature range.

disadvantage of Extension cable

advantage of Compensation cable
● Select the appropriate wire material to get better precision with the extension wire.
● The price is more advantageous.

Disadvantage of Compensation cable
● Use conductors and thermocouple wires made of different materials, and when used in a wide temperature range, the error value is difficult to control.
● The temperature range used is limited.
